First off, the product advertised was not what I recieved! I then shipped it back to get my refund. In the return process, I had so much trouble with the company I purchased from (discount jungle)! Do not purchase from them!!! There customer service reps had to be the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I had to talk to several reps that said they would call me back and never would. Then I finally spoke to a managed days later to get my refund and they then tried to charge me processing fees! They also blamed the misleading of the product ordered on amazon and said it was not there fault. That company was very unethical all around!!! Will never do business with Discount Jungle or Amazon again!!!!
