i bought this to replace the JL AUDIO 500/1 that was powering my 2 15's RF PUNCH DVC's....they were hit pretty hard but cutting out at high volume and low notes( not enough juice )..i got the dtr1.1700d and my first reaction was..no no dont tell me i just bought a lemon....well after 4 hours of music time...i guess it needed a break in time idk....but it was slappin my 15's and the pressure giving off the sub was powerful..it was hard to breathe if you had you face in front of the sub...will buy the dtr1.3400d soon..highly recommended to those of you with a small wallet...and want to be heard miles away...soundstream has always been known to slap in my book
