Dunlop Elite 3 Tour Rear Tire - 240/40VR-18/-- Review

Haven't gotten the tire on the bike yet. But in just looking at what I have now, the tread pattern, the composite of the tire, I am very happy with this. I will try to update after I get several miles on it. I hope it gets better tread wear than the Metzeler brand tires I have been running and only getting 4 to 5000 miles on.

Valley Hitch is a bolt-in accessory that is used to lift up and apply leverage to the tow vehicle when towing. It can be installed to tow trailers, motorcycles, bikes, garden tractors and other items. Two general types of hitches exist: the weight-carrying hitches and the weight-distributing hitches. Weight-carrying hitches are often used when towing lighter loads while weight-distributing hitches are generally used for larger, heavier trails. Ball mount, pin and clip are sold separately. Maximum gross trailer weight (GTW) is from 3,500 to 15,000 pounds and tongue weight (TW) is from 350 to 1,500 pounds. All Valley trailer hitches have a limited lifetime warranty.

Valley 82400 Class III Receiver Hitch Review

I ordered this hitch after confirming with the manufacturer that this was made to fit a 2006 Honda Odyssey without drilling. It does not fit without modification to the hitch.

The holes in the hitch were not set wide enough to fit the pre-drilled and threaded holes in the van's frame. Another 1/2" was needed from one side of the hitch to the other.

I ended up cutting the holes on one side of the hitch into slots out to the edge of the hitch, and then used another steel plate to reinforce the slots. Once installed (about 1.5 hours of labor which should have been about 20 minutes) the hitch does what it is supposed to do... it's a receiver for a hitch drawbar... no great accomplishment.

I was disappointed in the condition that the hitch was received... the paint was scratched and chipped severely. It was shipped UPS without any packaging, so of course it was banged around. I sanded the spots to bare metal, re-primed and then painted the whole thing again. I don't like a rusty hitch under a relatively new vehicle.

I purchased a set of 4 of these 06/07/2012 for my 2006 Mini Cooper. These
are RUN FLAT tires. I have rotated them about every 3 months. For
the first year I owned them I drove 75 miles each way (to work and then
back home.) Now I live only 40 miles from my job. I am just now
needing to replace them. They are quiet for run flats and they have
provided a very enjoyable ride! Highly recommended.

I purchased this item a month after purchasing my custom designed, 2012 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door. Never again. Not only does it not fit properly, it sounds horrible! I take a lot of pride in my new Jeep and am actually EMBARRASSED when I drive by with this exhaust rasping away. Alterations had to be made by my local muffler shop just to keep the hanger mount from hitting against the body of vehicle. The muffler shop agreed that the product was less than acceptable. I called Dynomax regarding sending it back and they refused to take it back since I had used it. They refused to address any problems with their product until I took it off and shipped it back to them, at my cost, so that they could look at it and make a determination and send the same item back to me. I explained that if I took it off my Jeep I wouldn't be able to drive. Her answer to my dilemma was that "sorry, but thats your only option at this time." I will be looking for a different exhaust immediately.
