This unit is made in China not that it matters. All the parts are new. For what it's worth the unit looks like good quality; I can't attest to the inside but would guess it is quality too. The proof will be how it performs in the warm weather and how long it will last. Amazon has a great price, free shipping, and no tax. The GM #19252046 and 19253624 is equivalent to the AC Delco number.

(The one without the A is made in US but does not have a new clutch. The clutch however, has been verified to be in good condition.) The GM #89018898 is equivalent to the AC Delco number.
