Fast shipping for an item of its size and weight. Definitely recommend the seller. The hitch itself was very simple to install with no modifications to the car itself. There were a few cheaper options for the Chevy Cruze, but rather pay a little more and save the hassle of cutting heat shields or detaching the exhaust. The kit included wires to pull the screws up and into position which made the install a breeze. All you'll need is a ratchet, proper size socket, and some anti-seize to put on the bolts if you ever plan on taking the hitch off down the road. I did everything in the driveway without a lift.
