You will need a skill saw with a metal cutting blade and a Saws-all. Wear goggles for protection. The hardest part is the muffler inlet where you need to cut the inner piece out to clear the pipe. This may require several cuts with a saws-all and a screw driver to pound in and cave in the pipe.
My recommendation is to use a welder to weld the connections.
