I purchased this for my 2002 Saturn L-300. It's an exact fit. The dealership was going to charge me $418 for the part and $135 labor. I would have put it in myself but I needed the dealership to program it. I sat in the dealership for 4.5 hours because they had trouble putting in the codes. They ultimately got it working with the only downside being it added 17,000 miles on my odometer. The shipping weight on here says 33 pounds which is highly inaccurate. It comes in a padded envelope and barely weighs a thing.
