In the midst of a heatwave the arrival of the Intake Air was a blessing! With the liners removed this jacket feels cooler than wearing no jacket at all! With my regular Tourmaster touring jacket, a ride in the mid to high 90's meant a soaked shirt. 2 hrs in the Intake? I was warm but no more than damp!

Jacket is built as tough as any. The weight (significant) gives you the feeling of safety you want. Good and solid. Armor stays in place, lots of snaps to snug it up.

200 lbs, 5'10", somewhat broad hips and bit of belly. Size large, with no liners is a bit loose except at the hip. The one-way zipper works fine if I bring the jacket up a bit as I zip. With the liners in though, it fits nice and snug. About a perfect compromise.

I am thrilled.

An update: I had the misfortune to interact with a car yesterday. Missed the car but hit the deck pretty hard at 40+. The jacket saved my skin and bones! The ballistic nylon on the impact points took a scuffing but held together. The pads stayed put and did their job! I am now wishing I could vote six stars!
