All of our 2 and 4-channel models include such features as built in electronic crossovers (high or low pass), gain control, variable Bass EQ control, pass through low level RCA jacks and solder-less input terminal blocks. Thanks to our over engineered MOSFET power supplies each model can comfortably operate at 2-ohm stereo or 4-ohm mono. Plus each model comes equipped with a port to add an optional wired remote Gain Controller (order model ASA-BASS) that allows the driver to adjust the woofers output from the cockpit of the vehicle.

Using this to power a single 12" sub (2 Ohm, DVC wired in series). I have the amp wired to run bridged - 800W x 1 @ 4 Ohm. Provides good, clean power and great sounding bass. The amp has a nice clean finish to it, with rounded edges - the previous model 800.2 had sharp edges.

I had a buddy throw it on the test bench at a local audio dealer and the amp was able to produce more than rated power at 13.8V. His test had the amp reaching just over 1700W peak with a 4 Ohm load. Gives my hatchback a bass that can be felt just as well as it can be heard.

It makes better than rated power and has an awesome price. I'd have to say it's one of the best amps in it's price range.
