When is it cold out the flap is sticking causing the car to run like butt. It throws codes and the car will not move over 40 mph. If you start the car and snap the throttle open the flat will make a pop noise in the intake and then opens and car runs fine. Thought I was getting a vary familiar product to the OEM BMW. It had fallen short and now I must buy the BMW one at full price to make it run correctly. Not very pleased!!!!!!!!
