I love my 99 suburban just as much now as i did back when i bought it new. The Vortec 350 has proven to be a real work horse for me and has given me 300,000 (almost) trouble free miles. One thing i don't like about this truck,,,, Fuel Pumps. I've had 6 fuel pumps replaced on this truck since 1999. Many tell me this is a common issue with this body style truck, but here's what I've learned throughout all my years of ownership. Don't try and save a few bucks buying some cheaper pump, you'll end up spending more money in long run. The Delco branded pumps have outlasted many of the other cheaper offerings I've had over the years.

The pump shipped quickly from amazon and came with some instructions, a new o-ring seal and a new power connection plug. The price was also unbeatable.
