As advertised this was an exact fit to where my old catalytic converter sat, except... The only problem was the O2 sensor hole. The old cat positioned the O2 on top and this one positioned the O2 on the side. This posed a small problem for fitting my O2 sensor on. I had to cut a little bit of sheet metal from the bottom of my car and dismount the wire bracket that held my sensor plug-in in place. But I didn't complain too much because the price for this was only $150 and an OEM cat was near $500.
