First thing you must do is throw out the hog ring pliers that comes with the kit and get a real pair, and more rings just to make sure you have enough. The whole process from removing the seat, removing the old vinyl, installing the new vinyl, to replacing the seats took about 2 hours. It is easy to do the install. Don't waste your money paying an upholstery company to do it for you. When done, it honestly looks like you have new seats.
