BAK Industries 90406 BakBox Tool Box for Toyota Tacoma Standard/Double/Crew Cab Review

I love my BakFlip cover, but this toolbox appears to have been a design and engineering half-baked afterthought. I can only speak for the Toyota Tacoma model, which has no secure attachments to the truck or cover other than two flat metal tabs that you pry into the rails and the box simply rests there. This causes the box to slide back and forth when you stop and go, and mine eventually fell off the rails after going slowly over some big bumps on a dirt road.

I haven't completely given up hope and plan to find a way to bolt and secure the box to the rails or bed somehow, but to do over again, I would not have purchased the BakBox and would only have purchased the BakFlip cover by itself.
