I bought this last month (June, 2011) at Dick's for $110 and used it once carrying 3 bikes for a little over 900 miles. I have checked-out the Thule's and Yakima's which is a bit more pricey and this carrier certainly works and performs in the same category. Below are my likes and dislikes:

Likes:
- the one thing I like the best is the seat where the bike frame rests. I have 2 bikes with unusual frames (not round but more like oval shape angled from seat to the handlebar) and it was able to accommodate both even when top frame was angled because the seats adjusts to it. No tension bars needed here.
- the straps secures bikes nicely.
- bikes slides down easily.
- the carrier is easy to install and lightweight.
- no rattles and noises
- folds down to make way for opening the rear door.
- bikes were secure all the way on our travels. no re-tightenings needed anywhere.

Dislikes:
- no locks to secure bikes from theft when unattended. I had to use a cable with lock to secure all the bikes together. Theft can only occur if the thieves have the tools.
- paint scratches easily. We passed through some rain and I already saw some rust forming in the carrier. I had to spray it with WD40 for storage.
