I own a 1998 Chevy S-10 with extended cab. The cover fits perfectly. It is a woven material with an aluminized coating. It even has pockets for the mirrors. I hope it lasts a couple of years. Kinda pricey but the quality compared to the cheap non-woven universal covers is much, much better. The real test comes when the wind blows to see if the cover stays put.

Update 10/28/13:
Got some strong wind today, blew the cover off easily. Sewed on some leather reinforcing patches on the front and rear by the elastic. Made some attachment holes in the leather so I could loop some paracord through it to keep the thing on. That worked but the built-in tie-down holes on the sides ripped out from the wind. I will be reinforcing that with leather as well. I wish I didn't need to rebuild and re-engineer EVERYTHING I buy in order to make it work.
