I didn't get this on Amazon but I do want to provide a review. 1) its a plastic box - I don't think anyone can deny that it doesnt feel as substantial as you might have expected for $200. That being said its very well made and fits perfectly.

2) As per the pictures it does have dividers and helps you to organize your boot. I use it to keep an emergency kit, tools and parts, general car junk seperated out

3) The cover as per the other review is a bit cheap feeling (the side with the Union Jack); feels like laminated cardboard - and if placed face down will scratch rather easily. The rubber coated side feels very nice and helps to keep things from sliding around.

4) If not mentioned in the review on a MINI COOPER S - if this is placed in the boot it creates a flat platform when the rear seats are folded down so that is a great benefit.

Overall if this item were about $100 cheaper it would be something I recommend everyone have in their car.
